These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by ("", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. Our downloadable plugins are licensed separately under our End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Using the website
You may browse the website and download our plugins for your own use, subject to these Terms and the EULA. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the website.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the website;
- try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website's operation (for example with excessive automated requests);
- upload or send malware or other harmful code;
- misrepresent your affiliation with .
3. Our content and trademarks
The website, its text, graphics and logos, and the name are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission. Photographs on the website are used under the Unsplash License.
Blender, Unreal Engine and Unity are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
3a. Purchases and subscriptions
- Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
- Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Delivery. After payment, your license key and download link are sent to the email address used at checkout and are available in your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We will tell you in advance about any price change.
- Personal license eligibility. By buying a Personal license you confirm that you meet the eligibility limits in the EULA. If you no longer meet them, you need a Studio license.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.
5. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party sites and services (for example our payment provider). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a notice to including the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). [Register a DMCA agent with the US Copyright Office if you host user content.]
