1. License grant
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your development work, including commercial projects, on computers you own or control. What you may do depends on the license you have:
- Free tools. Tools we mark as free may be used by anyone, for personal or commercial work, at no charge.
- Personal license (paid). For one named individual, or for a company whose total annual revenue and funding are under . One seat; you may install it on up to two computers that you personally use.
- Studio license (paid, per seat). Required when the Personal limit is exceeded. Each seat may be used by one named person at a time; seats may be reassigned when someone leaves the team.
- All Access subscription. Gives you a Personal or Studio license (as purchased) for every paid tool while your subscription is active. If the subscription ends, your right to use tools obtained only through it ends too.
A one-time purchase is perpetual: you may keep using the version you bought forever, and you receive updates for months from the date of purchase.
2. What you make belongs to you
As between you and us, you own the meshes, textures, code, dialogue and other content you create with the Software ("Output"). We claim no rights in your Output and do not use your project files to train machine-learning models. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of Output do not infringe anyone else's rights.
